Welcome to Tudlin, a student progress tracker and productivity booster for educators, students, tutors and parents. • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms of Use and any disputes related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

For any dispute you have with Tudlin, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we are not able to resolve the dispute informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding any claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms through binding arbitration.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tudlin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tudlin. Tudlin has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Tudlin regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Tudlin relating to your use of the Service.
